Every detail of our trip was impeccably planned, organized and executed, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable journey from start to finish.From the choice of selected camps, the exquisite food throughout the trip, and the stunning accommodation, everything was beyond our expectation. Joyful and smiling faces welcomed us everyday as we looked forward to new sightings of the day. The game drives were the highlight of our safari. Each excursion was expertly guided, and our guides were not only knowledgeable but also deeply passionate about the animals and their habitats, enriching our experience with their insights and enthusiasm. The Serengeti and the Ngorongoro crater were out of this world. We also visited Tarangire National park and Manyara National Park. We got to see lion, cheetah, leopard, elephants, wildebeest, zebra, water buck, several bird species, the endangered black rhino and many other wildlife. We also visited the vibrant Maasai tribe on our Maasai Cultural Tour and visited the indigenous Hadzabe tribe, which was amazing.The personal touch and wonderful service that we received from Savanah and her wonderful team, Leo, Bariki, James, Sana and others on the team have made all the difference to our incredible family safari journey. Our Ultimate Safari Adventure with Tanzania Exploration Safaris and Tours I could never have imagined that all our months of planning for our Tanzania Safari would turn out so beautifully and have such a life changing impact on my family and I. Watching herds of wildebeest in the hundreds of thousands crossing the Mara River during the great Wildebeest migration, watching large pride of lion families with their babies and female lion hunting impala was an event that left us in awe. Sitting back and watching the sun setting over the Serengeti, casting golden hues across the horizon, and there we were watching a large herd of elephant walk pass our safari van not even 2 meters away, that's how close we got to the action. It felt like a scene from a documentary, but it was real. Tanzania Exploration Safaris and Tours didn’t just show us Tanzania—they immersed us in it wonderfully.From the moment we stepped off the plane, Savanah and her team took care of everything. Our guide, Joseph, was more than just a guide—he was a walking encyclopedia of the bush! One minute he’s telling us about the Maasai’s ancient traditions, and the next, he’s spotting a camouflaged leopard in a distant tree. His passion for wildlife was infectious, and we learned more in those 10 days than we ever expected. Our camps were spectacular with sumptuous cuisine. The camp staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Savanah ensured that the chefs prepared vegetarian food for our family and that the kids had a special treat in their lunch boxes everyday. The days were filled with excitement: tracking elephants across the plains, seeing the wildebeest thunder across the Mara River, and stopping at hidden spots only locals know. Every drive felt like a new chapter in our Tanzania story.There are so many beautiful moments that we got to experience, one of our most memorable moment? Waking up to the sound of hyenas calling, and on another morning, elephant trumpeting as they crossed the camp grounds in the early hours of the morning. These are some of our memorable moments followed by a breathtaking balloon safari at dawn, floating above vast the savannah, with thousands of animals scattered below, gave us a birds eye view of the open wilderness, followed by a champagne bush breakfast was out of this world. NEED TO VISIT AGAIN!!!! We owe Tanzania Exploration a great deal for making our trip an exhilarating experience . Exploring the Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park was a dream come true. I was astounded by the breathtaking environment, the thrilling animals up close, and the excellent hospitality I encountered during the journey.
